Specialising in Outdoor Fitness Training, Including Personal Training, Group Classes and Corporate Group Sessions. Our style of training is fun, effective and convenient.
All Our group classes are held on beautiful Blackheath, Its refreshing, versatile and easily accessible. We have a wide variety of classes so something to suit everyone and aim to deliver you expert tuition, advice and great results all for an affordable all inclusive price. Only £44.95 per month and you can come to as many classes as you like. with some effort from your side and guidance from us we Guarantee you amazing results.
For PT sessions we travel to you so you can enjoy your exercise regime and it won't eat into your personal time. After just a few sessions you will begin to feel and see the huge benefits of regular exercise with a personal trainer. We already have a large client base and meet up socially and enter events together - this helps people stick to their goals and make steady improvements.

NUTRITION - To obtain your goals, be it weight loss, increased fitness or training for a particular event, the right NUTRITION plays a vital part. - lets be honest there is no point in increasing your exercise regime unless you also take a good hard look at what you consume aswell - what we put in our bodies is who we are, If we eat well we look well and vice-versa!. We offer all our clients a full in depth nutrition consultation at the start and at regular intervals. Rachel our highly qualified and experienced Nutritionist will look at your diet in great depth and give you all the information and guidance you need to reach your target weight/goal - including specific recipes, support and regular checks to keep you on track.

KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebells are a fantastic tool for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time and wants to get maximum results in the form of fat loss and stamina. There is no better way to get fit and burn fat than with 30 minutes of high rep kettlebell swings, cleans and snatches.
BOX IT! -
Boxing training - the best stress buster around - is one of the most effective forms of cross-training exercise. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. Including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Our Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
'Circuit' means a group of activities /'stations' strategically positioned that are to be visited in rapid succession.
This session is ideal for all levels as you can work to your own ability and adapt each exercise easily, great fun, always different and gives you a good exercise knowledge base to start from.
FITNESS TESTS
A monthly class designed to regularly test your fitness levels and show your improvements – Tests include the bleep test, sit ups, press ups, plank strength tests, body composition measurement, and weight – in, lung capacity and more. All levels welcome – we try and get all our clients to come to help keep motivated and monitor progress -
INTERVAL TRAINING
Running based class which involves speed interval training to improve running speed and fitness/stamina – ideal for those training for a specific event or if your trying to move to the next level.
RUN IT!! : RUNNING BASED TRAINING
A running based class - every session is different, but includes lots of running broken down into different sections, including interval training, sprinting, cable running, running with a parachute!, weight runs, relay races &…..much more – lots of fun, sociable class, all levels welcome just as long as you can run for about 20 mins non stop!.
LEGS BUMS AND TUMS
This class focuses on particular areas and exercises to tone up and sculpt the body. Ideal for ladies or gents who have unwanted ‘wobbly bits!’
