With our unique concept of offering our clients Personal training sessions combined with small group classes people get great results at a fraction of the cost but still benefit from being trained by an Advance Personal training instructor at every session.
We combine the fun factor with a challenging and varied timetable of outdoor classes and PT.
Who needs stuffy gyms with mirrors everywhere and eyes watching your every move! we love the beautiful outdoors and come rain or shine, snow or wind we're out there in the fresh air and loving every minute of it!
At Burn It Fitness we encourage our members to train together regardless of their ability or experience, so whether you are a complete beginner, a new Mum, twenty, fifty, super fit or a marathon runner, you will still get a fantastic workout with us. Our workouts are designed to push those who want to be pushed to the max and support those who want to take it at their own level.
In Spring 2009 we started a new programme training Teachers at the end of the school day. This is an ideal way to have a fun and convenient exercise class, build a stronger relationship with colleagues and make use of the school sports hall and equipment without even leaving work! ....this programme is growing week by week and we hope to offer it to many more schools in the South East of England in 2010
