FITNESS CLASSES FOR TEACHERS and SCHOOL STAFF

  • Classes take place in your school sports hall
  • Classes can be before school in the morning 7am, or after school at 4pm  or 4.30pm
  • We supply great ENERGISING music to workout too
  • Every session is different - you will not get bored!
  • We deliver fully tailormade circuit style fitness classes 1 hour long.
  • You can work at your own level
  • We monitor your fitness progress
  • Enjoy exercising with your colleagues
  • Support each other and work together to get great team results
  • Show a great example to the school kids!
  • You don't have to travel anywhere - we come to you!
  • All our instuctors are fully qualified and insured
  • Pay per term
  • Learn new techniques -ie: Resistance training, Boxing, Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Core conditioning.
