A Nutritional consult gives you the tools and knowledge to achieve your health and fitness goals and bring your body back to optimum health. It can help you with chronic health problems such as arthritis, skin and hormonal disorders, bloating, indigestion to name a few. 

We also can help you achieve your fitness goals through personalized training and tailored Nutrition plans. So whether that milestone is weight loss, increased muscle and strength, or sport specific nutrition plans we can help you achieve whatever the goal.  So think about that next event a wedding, holiday or that xmas party we can help you achieve your goals through realistic step by step nutrition plans and personalized fitness programmes.  Doing the fitness training part of your goal is not always enough; good nutrition is the key alongside your fitness programmes to gaining these results.

INDIVIDUAL   NUTRITION PLANS+ PERSONALISED FITNESS PROGRAMMES = RESULTS

Your treatment starts by filling in the food diary on the page for 5-7 days, detailing all the foods including snacks and fluids you ate/drank including times, size of portions, any uncomfortable feelings (bloating, indigestion etc) mood and energy levels.

This will be returned to me prior to the consultation and we will go through this on the day and discuss how we can change and improve this to help with your nutritional goals. We will also go through a detailed series of questions on the various body systems and symptoms, family and travel history in order to piece together an overall picture of the client. All this information will help to put your individualized nutrition plan together and on the path to optimum health and happiness.
