I offer you top of the range equipment, healthy liquid refreshments (mineral water!), and Motivation in abundance.

The session will be pre planned (yet still versetile, to reflect your needs) so we can get started straight away.

The equipment available varies greatly from portable dumbbells for strength and toning exercises, running parachute training for speed and power, bodyblades for multiple muscle contractions to boot camp style fitness like press ups, dips and burpees! it all depends on your goals and ability.

The key to enjoying your PT session is to put 100% effort in and embrace the outdoors rain or shine!

WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS

Every Sunday at 11am on blackheath I run a 1 hour circuit class - no limit to numbers really so just come along and join in
refreshments supplied free and you will meet some great like minded people, have a great workout - get results and enjoy the outdoors at the same time

£10 per person
£8 for my current clients
